The Parish Council is made up of 9 councillors who represent the village on various matters.  We are the third tier of local government after Norfolk County Council and South Norfolk District Council.

We're Responsible For

Raking Pit

The Parish Council are the proud owners of the Raking Pit, located on Caistor Lane.  Further details can be found on this website on the Raking Pit page.

Village Green Area

The Parish Council are the owners of a village green area located in Bixley, opposite the village hall.  This area includes a seat.

General Maintenance

The Parish Council is responsible for general maintenance and upkeep of the village. If you would like to report any issues, please contact the Parish Clerk.

Maintenance of the roads, for example dealing with potholes, is the responsibility of the County Council Highways Department.

Arminghall Village Hall

The village hall is currently not in use. Refurbishment, repairs and reroofing works are currently being undertaken to enable the hall to re-open for use. The majority of the these works will be funded through S106 and grant monies.
